Privacy

In short: we collect only what your enquiry requires. No tracking, no ad networks, nothing passed to third parties.

What data we process

Contact form

When you send us an enquiry we store your name, email address and – if given – your phone number, postcode/town, subject and message. We use these details solely to handle your enquiry and to prepare a possible contract.

Server logs

When the site is opened, our host records technically necessary details such as the IP address, the time of access and the page requested. This serves secure operation and is not combined with other sources.

What we do not do

  • We use no analytics or advertising cookies.
  • We embed no third-party fonts, maps or scripts – every font is served from our own server.
  • We do not pass your data on for advertising purposes and we do not sell it.

Retention

We keep enquiries as long as needed to handle them and answer any follow-up questions, and at most for the statutory retention periods. They are deleted afterwards.

Your rights

You may at any time request information about the data held about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. A short message to kontakt@furnitureswiss.ch is enough.
